Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology Taping
K-Tape has been clinically shown to help with the natural response to inflammation as it targets different receptors within the somatosensory system.
Correct application of K-Tape helps alleviate pain and encourages the facilitation of lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin.

Rehab

Rehab
Rehabilitation and Exercises is all about technique and Intention. My experience in this field has shown me the importance of this in sustaining alignments and bettering performance – be it post-surgical or due to injury. Each case is dealt with the patient’s ability to perform, the current state and the intention. A varied technique is used with Isotonic and Isometric exercises for bettering performance and aiding recovery. Proprioceptive exercises are also adopted to help with spatial awareness and balance.
