The practitioner endeavours to find the cause of the presenting symptoms during consultation and will discuss the findings and work on diagnosis and a plan of care thereafter.


Alterations in the biomechanics of the body can lead to postural issues and can affect your gait and therefore muscles. A full explanation is given if required during consultation, and during the course of the session.

A relaxing massage with benefits for symptoms of muscular tension, stress-related aches, postural pain, headaches, sinus-related pains and general fatigue.


This therapy also encourages blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and boosts the immune system.
